Spring Break

You would think that if we were going to travel somewhere for Spring Break, we might choose a warm destination like Mexico or Hawaii, but, instead we chose the windy city of Chicago! It really wasn't a planned vacation - we just decided to tag along with Pete who had to work. Despite some clouds and rain, we had a wonderful visit. We stayed with our amazingly hospitable friends, Preston and Jean Price and were treated to all of their amenities - including living in the city and having a bus stop right in front of their building. We acted just like the tourists we were and visited many of the hotspots. Here are some pictures to prove that we were there.

Ferris Wheel at Navy Pier

Bus Ride to Church with Preston

Art Institute

Fun with Pubic Art

Architectural Boat Cruise

Time with the Price Family

Park Time

Children's Museum

We also made it to Evanston, Oak Park to see the Frank Lloyd Wright houses and to the Aquarium.

Love my little travelers! Great week!
